INFORME MEDICO
El 7 de enero, del 2008, en el Hospital de Angol, a las 15 horas, con el consentimiento de Patricia Roxana Troncoso Robles, realizo evaluación médica.
Patricia Troncoso, de 38 años, presa política mapuche, se encuentra en huelga de hambre desde el día 10 de octubre.
Patricia se encuentra bajo estricta vigilancia de carabineros y gendarmería en la sala del Hospital, sin permitir privacidad para el examen. Ella lleva 4 días en el Hospital de Angol, cuando termino la evaluación de Patricia, Carabineros la saca del Hospital y la regresa a la Carcel de Angol.
En el Hospital se le ha suministrado suero glucosado, Kcl. Nacl.
Examen clínico:
Mujer de 38 años, sin antecedentes mórbidos, muy enflaquecida, con perdida de más de 25 Kgr, que representa aproximadamente un 26,2% de perdida del peso original (solo se contaba con el registro de peso hecho por gendarmería en la cárcel, en el Hospital durante los 4 días que ha estado Hospitalizada no se ha evaluado el peso de Patricia, ni medido diuresis .) cefalea, calambres, hipotensión ortostatica, piel seca, turgencia disminuida, mucosas pálidas llene vascular enlentecido, edema pretibial.No puede deambular con autonomía.
Signos Vitales: Frecuencia cardiaca: 52 latidos por minuto
Presión arterial: 102/64 mmHg
- Cabeza y cuello: limitación funcional, dolor cervical.
- Orofaringe: congestiva.
- Respiratorio: disminución del murmullo vesicular.
- Cardiovascular: ruidos cardiacos apagados e irregulares.
- Abdomen: meteorizado, dolor marco colonico.
Extremidades: llene vascular lento, disminución masa muscular, pulsos débiles.
Examen mental: Conciente, alteración de la orientación temporo espacial, psicomotricidad y reflejos osteotendineos disminuidos, lenguaje enlentecido, bradipsiquia, sin alteración del contenido del pensamiento, ni del juicio de realidad, Patricia comprende la gravedad de su situación, las consecuencias para su salud, hay convicción de la justicia de su accionar, afecto concordante con la situación, atención, concentración disminuidas, capacidades cognitivas conservadas.
Diagnóstico: Huelga de hambre de 88 días de evolución.,
Desnutrición proteico- calórica
Anemia nutricional
Síndrome confusional.
Oligomenorrea
Colelitiasis
Pronostico: Grave, con riesgo vital, el estado de desnutrición de la paciente, con marcada pérdida de peso, con disminución del panículo adiposo, exponiéndose a un catabolimo proteico inminente por lo que consideramos a Patricia Troncoso Robles con riesgo vital.
Patricia debe permanecer en un centro de Salud, donde se realice su evaluación medica diaria, en el Hospital de Algol no se ha realizado una evaluación clínica de acuerdo la gravedad del estado de la paciente.
Según la información contenida en la ficha al que esta medico tuvo acceso, no hay un examen físico ni neurológico exhaustivo, no existe una evaluación del peso diario, ni de diuresis de 24 horas, no hay evaluación de la masa corporal, la evaluación de exámenes clínicos generales, como electrolitos plasmáticos, creatinina, glicemia, etc. Son realizados en el espacio inmediato de aplicación de suero glucosalino. Por lo que no hay un reflejo real del riesgo vital de Patricia.
Solicito la inmediata internación en un centro que garantice la vida de Patricia con acceso a médicos que resguarden sus derechos.
